Navafly Travels operates as a private travel management consultancy in Pakistan. We provide application form completion, document compilation, translation coordination, appointment scheduling, and procedural guidance for international travel and pilgrimage.
2. No Guarantee of Approval
Neither Navafly Travels nor any of its consultants has the authority to issue, approve, or guarantee any visa or electronic entry permit. Decisions regarding the grant, delay, or refusal of a visa are made solely and exclusively by the respective consular officers, embassies, high commissions, or immigration departments of the destination country.
3. Variable Processing Timelines
Any timelines mentioned on our website or communicated by our staff (such as 3–5 working days for Azerbaijan or 15–21 working days for Turkey) represent general historical estimations based on standard embassy schedules. Actual processing duration may vary due to technical portal maintenance, public holidays, seasonal peak demands, or individualized security checks by immigration authorities.
4. Non-Refundable Government Charges
Fees collected on behalf of embassies, consulates, drop-box centers (such as Anatolia or VFS), and government electronic systems are paid directly to the destination authority at the time of submission and are strictly non-refundable regardless of the application outcome.
