1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings for Hajj, Umrah, holiday packages, and airline flights are subject to confirmation upon receipt of agreed advance payments and passport documents. Initial package quotes remain subject to airline tariff adjustments and currency exchange fluctuation until final ticketing.
2. Scope of Visa Services
Navafly Travels provides professional visa application assistance, document evaluation, and appointment booking support. We do not act as an embassy or immigration department. Visa granting authority rests solely with the competent embassy or immigration authority.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are governed by the respective airline, hotel, and Saudi ministry regulations. Visa application processing fees paid to government portals or embassy centers are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances once submitted.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passports hold at least six (6) months of remaining validity from their travel date, and that all provided personal credentials and travel declarations are true, accurate, and genuine.
5. Governing Law
These terms are interpreted and enforced under the applicable laws and consumer protections of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
